He was born September 11, 1939, in Tipton, Oklahoma, to Clyde and Dorothy (Michael) Russell. Burial will be in the Tipton Municipal Cemetery under the direction of Tipton Funeral Home. He passed away at the Frederick Memorial Hospital & Physicians Group, following a lengthy battle with cancer at the age of 75 years, three months and 13 days.
